Well, the groundhog saw his shadow and we’re in for 6 more weeks of winter. Punxsutawney Phil from PA apparently last predicted an early Spring in 2007 but I don’t remember that happening. I guess there are 17 groundhogs that predict the weather on this day. Ten of them said we’d get an early Spring but somehow in the 21 degree weather I’m doubting the prediction. I don’t think we’ve ever had an early winter.
Tomorrow and Thursday I’m picking up extra hours. Might as well boost these last pay checks before moving on. I need to wake up and do some serious grooming. My goatee gets a little thick over time and I don’t bother trimming it on days off. Tomorrow morning I’ll do that. It’s pretty late so I’ll end this here. Until tomorrow..
