Last night I went out with a couple of guys I used to work with at Charter. I brought some cash I’d made earlier on a previous side job and bought dinner and a few beers. These guys I went out with were up for some serious drinking and they bought me more beer than I could handle. I was more drunk than I have been in a very long time. I prayed to the porcelain goddess at one of the guy’s houses we went back to (more drinking there). It was after 5 AM before I got home. The family woke me up around 8 and I felt like crap. I showered, went back to bed and they left me alone for a while. By noon I was awake and feeling great.
After I was up and we were ready, we went to my Mom’s house. We visited there for a bit and she watched the kids as we went to the Lee Outlets to buy clothes for my new job. A lot of it was window shopping and getting some “no kid time” but it was fun. I got three shirts for work very very cheaply and we bought a few other little things before heading back to my Mom’s. We picked up dinner and brought it back. We all ate, visited for a while and left at 8. I caught the end of the Super Bowl (picked the Saints) and watched that show “Undercover Boss” on CBS. It was actually a pretty interesting show. The news said we’ll get 3-6 inches of snow on Wednesday but that will surely change as we get closer. I’m pretty tired so I’m headed to bed.
