Today I worked 10-5 and I was by myself at the tech bench the whole time. It was quiet as far as customers go but it was nice not having to be concerned with another tech. The day went by quickly and enjoyably. I have the next two days in a row off.
On my way home from work just after 5 PM the highway was backed up so I got off an exit close my Mom’s and visited her. I mentioned that we wanted to go on a day trip and asked if she wanted to go. She was up for it and she’s here spending the night before we go on a trip tomorrow. We’re going to the beach down in RI and a Children’s Museum in CT. We’re kind of figuring the rest out as we go along. It should be fun.
